Run Victoria Marathon has been a part of the Media Day membership program for 6 months prior to their 2024 race.
The success all started when in January when we had our first reel hit 1 million views on instagram. This drove high traffic to their page and we saw their overall engagement increase.
Since then we’ve had 5 reels go viral, with 3 of them closing around the 1 million views mark, and two others both performing around the 50,000 view mark.
Their average views jumped from 4,000 to roughly 10,000 - 25,000 in result of this increase of engagement.
So what was the outcome?
The outcome was simple. Four months prior to their race day, they’ve noticed that they already have the highest registrations numbers they’ve ever seen.
They’ve also noticed a high increase in their audience’s total engagement with all their posts, and their followers have also increased.
They estimate that this year will be their highest year yet, and have already noticed more international awareness.
